Doing Great

Lacey is now 9 months old and is doing GREAT!! She has had NO seizures since we left the hospital. She is still on the seizures medicine. Her neurologist does not want to start taking her off the meds until January. The tape bandage is finally starting to come off. I really do not think her scar is going to be that big. Once her hair comes in thinker then you really will not be able to see much of the scar. She is still developing like crazy. She started saying DaDa and trying to say Brother. Also, she can now put herself into a standing postion in the middle of the room by herself. She has not taken her first step yet but I do not think it is too far off. I think she wants to try and keep up with Jace. Lacey is now trying to fight off an ear infection. She came down with it last week but her ear seems to be still bothering her. I am taking her back to the doctor tomorrow to have her ear looked at again. It looks like Lacey might finally be getting back to sleeping through the night. She has slept through the night for 4 out the last 5 nights.
